Submit Proof of payment via email to support@kenpongtravelandtoursgh.com or physically to the Kenpong Travel and Tours office, Abelemkpe, Accra. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been validated.

REFUND TERM :
Up to 50% of the mandatory deposit will be refundable only in cases where placement is unsuccessful, or where a participant formally withdraws prior to the final confirmation deadline. Once final confirmation is issued and placements are secured, the mandatory deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.
